WINTHROP-  Winthrop  is home to  a fantastic golf course, Buffalo Creek, it is one of four in Buchanan County. After  your day of golfing, check out the Winthrop Historical Center with some great displays depicting the area's rich history.  Winthrop  hosts Winthrop Days the 2nd weekend of June annually.  It features live music, rides, food, games,  a parade, and so much more!
